According to Jin10 Futures, since mid-to-late July, outbound transfers of Xinjiang cotton to inland regions have slowed, with warehouse inventory pressures declining across monitoring and delivery warehouses in Aksu, Kashgar, and Kuytun. As of July 20, Xinjiang's commercial cotton inventory had fallen to approximately 1.45 million tons, with textile enterprises increasingly focusing on participating in 2026 central reserve cotton auctions to replenish high-grade inventory during the upcoming supply shortage period in August-September.
