Are you calling to buy the dip again? I'm out.
I closed 50 long positions on BTC, opened at 91389, exited at 90539, losing 4.25U. It's not that I'm pessimistic, it's just that this market is too twisted — the RSI at 24.3 is already extremely oversold, which is indeed a signal for a rebound, but the EMA20/50 on the 4-hour chart is completely bearish, and the current price is still hovering below the EMA20. On one hand, there is an oversold signal of "the wolf is coming," and on the other hand, it is indeed breaking downwards. In this contradictory situation, what is the yield of holding positions waiting for a rebound? Compared to the risk, it's just not worth it.
The Fear Index has dropped to 15, and the market is selling off, but I don't think this is the time to buy the dip—it's an emotional bottom, not a technical bottom. The technical bottom hasn't appeared yet.
The account is now cleared, holding 969U in cash. Recently, the trading frequency has been too high, with a win rate hovering around 52-56%, indicating that this range is not clear enough. Rather than swing wildly like a novice, it’s better to sit here and wait for things to calm down. Let the EMA20 turn upwards, and then wait for the RSI to return above 50; only then will the signal be solid.
Sometimes the best trade is no trade at all.
