$UBER On the UBER side, a bounce push draws focus in the recent period. Strong user growth in the ride and delivery parts in particular keeps building a good view on the firm share. In the recent data flow, ops speed and free cash growth backed buyer focus.
The current trade zone finds balance near 71.94. On the chart side, short-run sell pressure goes on, yet the 70 area works like a firm guard zone. If holding above this part holds, the odds of a bounce rise can grow.
As long as staying above 70 goes on in this phase, the 74 and 77 areas can turn into targets again. If a high-volume break forms above 77, the up drive can speed up.
My trade idea:
• Careful entry in the 71 — 72 part • Think of adding size on a high-volume break above 74 • Cut risk if a four-hour close shows under 70
Push-back zones:
• 74 • 77 • 81
Guard zones:
• 70 • 67 • 63
Things to keep in mind:
• U.S. spend data can make swings in growth shares • Fuel costs can hit ops outlays • After a firm move, short-term profit-taking can show up
Firm side:
UBER turned into one of the world’s large platform groups with global ride, delivery, and digital supply help. Growth in the delivery part and ad income in particular keeps backing the firm’s revenue build.
The chart view shows a balanced bounce process for now. As long as volume holds, the odds of a retest of upper push-back zones stay firm.
