On May 25, local time, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said that all of its army’s standing infantry brigades and armored brigades have been deployed to the Gaza Strip. This shows that Israel is preparing to further intensify its offensive against Hamas. At present, in addition to the Golani Brigade, the Paratrooper Brigade, the Givati Brigade, the Assault Brigade, the Lion Cub Brigade, the Nahar Brigade, the 7th Armoured Brigade, the 188th Armoured Brigade and the 401st Armoured Brigade, a small number of reserve units have also entered Gaza. It is reported that the Israel Defense Forces previously announced that five divisions have been operating in Gaza, with a total strength of tens of thousands.
