Odaily News According to community user @chaogebtc, AEX exchange (formerly known as Bit Era) founder Huang Tianwei was arrested in Thailand on the evening of July 3 and was bailed out by his family. Reports indicate that currently only three individuals have successfully retrieved their funds from the exchange, including users Wu Jun, Ronghua, and Shi Dewei. The methods used to recover the funds involved extreme measures such as “digging up ancestral graves” and “forcibly reclaiming”. Other users are still unable to withdraw their coins. AEX exchange platform has been operating since 2013, with a large amount of funds accumulated.
