The report quoted a senior U.S. official as saying that while they are willing to negotiate limited changes, such as the timeline and details of the Israeli military's withdrawal, or the specific process for Hamas's disarmament, they “will not accept fundamental changes.” An Israeli source also told Channel 12 that Israel supports this framework, and that “non-negotiable” issues beyond technical matters.
