Bitwise donates $233,000 to Bitcoin open-source developers, marking their second annual donation round.

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Bitwise announced on X platform that, as part of its annual commitment to support Bitcoin open-source developers, it donated $233,000 to Bitcoin open-source developers. This year, Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB) saw significant growth, and this donation is the second annual contribution under the plan to donate 10% of gross profits each year at the launch of BITB. The funds will be distributed by three non-profit organizations: Brink, OpenSats, and the HRF Bitcoin Development Fund.
