Moody's: The end of the US port strike temporarily eases the threat of trade turmoil

On October 4th, Jinshi Data reported that Moody’s economist Harry Murphy Cruz said: The news that the dock workers in the United States agreed to end the three-day strike has alleviated the threat of trade chaos, at least for now. However, it is not guaranteed that an extension protocol can be reached before mid-January next year. The strike may resume, which could disrupt global trade and the supply chain.
