Jinshi data, December 1st news, Zhongyou Technology announced that Guohua Satellite plans to reduce its holdings of the company’s shares through centralized Bidding trading and Block Trading from December 23, 2024 to March 22, 2025, with a total reduction of no more than 4.08 million shares, accounting for no more than 3% of the total share capital of the company. Among them, if the company’s shares are reduced through centralized Bidding trading, the total number of shares sold in any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 1% of the total share capital of the company, that is, no more than 1.36 million shares; if the company’s shares are reduced through Block Trading, the total number of shares sold in any consecutive 90 natural days shall not exceed 2% of the total share capital of the company, that is, no more than 2.72 million shares.
