On January 18th, Jin10 News reported that the Seoul Western District Court in South Korea has concluded its review of the necessity of the detention order against President Yoon Suk-yeol. It is reported that the result of the review will usually be announced later that day or early the next day. If the detention order is granted, Yoon Suk-yeol will also become the first sitting president in the constitutional history of South Korea to be formally detained.
