Just tried contract trading for the first time, and I was almost scared into a heart attack by the numbers on my account.
Staring at those three positions—LINK, PNUT, ZEC—my unrealized loss shot straight to -30%, which meant $1,400 flashing red on the screen. My mind was filled with thoughts like “Should I cut my losses now?” “Will I get liquidated?” going back and forth.
The most frustrating part was that I opened 4 positions and 3 of them were losing—that hit rate is just unbelievable 😅
But...
Luckily, I was using a demo account, hahaha!
False alarm, but I really got to experience the psychological pressure. Looks like I need more practice before putting real money on the line, at least get my win rate above 50%. Any contract trading tips from the veterans out there? Looking for guidance 😂

If a simulation account can scare someone like this, wouldn't they be begging for mercy in front of the exchange with a real account? Haha

Haha, that was a false alarm, thank goodness. If I really threw in $1400, that would hurt a lot.

Contracts are all about psychological warfare. Practice on a demo account until you have a 70% win rate before using real money.
---
Three losses and one break-even, that probability is wild. You should go buy a lottery ticket.
---
Stop-loss sounds easy, but when you actually see a floating loss, your mind just freezes—at least that’s how I feel.
---
How did you pick the combo of LINK, PNUT, and ZEC? That’s a bit quirky.
---
If your mindset is already blowing up on a demo account, you’ll go crazy when real money is on the line.
---
Thinking about a 50% win rate is too much—just focus on surviving and making your first profit.
---
Bro, you definitely gained some experience this round. At least now you know your own level.

If just the simulation account scares you like this, you'd probably drop dead on the spot when real money is on the line.

Ha, if you're this scared on a demo account, you'll be socially dead on a real one. With a 75% loss rate, you really need more practice, or you'll just end up getting rekt when you go live.

If the simulation account is making you this scared, wouldn’t you be heading straight to the rooftop with a real account?

Hahaha, a simulated trading life winner, you scared me so much I was breaking a sweat for you.
---
Losing 3 and winning 1, that probability is really insane. You definitely need more practice.
---
The moment $1,400 was flashing red on the screen, I could feel the despair... Luckily it's just a simulation, haha.
---
Setting a 50% win rate as a goal is pretty realistic, unlike some people who want to get rich quick right from the start.
---
Simulated trading might be safe, but the psychological pressure is real. Mental preparation is even more important than skills.
---
This combination of LINK, PNUT, and ZEC... There's a reason for the low win rate. You need to be more cautious when picking coins.
---
Admitting you need guidance from experienced traders is a good attitude—at least you know your own limits.
---
That feeling of almost having a heart attack is something only those who've experienced it truly understand. At least with simulated trading, you can get used to it in advance.

Haha, seriously, if a demo account can scare you this much, imagine how crazy you'd get with real money on the line.
