Darkfost在X平台表示，当前指标所处区间，过去往往对应市场最后一段下行阶段。不过，这更像是“风险回报比达到极端”的标志，而不是立即进入牛市的确认信号。数据显示，该指标已降至-10，为2023年3月以来的最低点。
夏普比率主要反映资产在单位风险下的收益能力。当该数值为负，意味着投资者承担的风险高于所获得的回报。从历史来看，2018年末至2019年初、以及2022年末至2023年初，该指标同样处于低位区间，随后市场逐步完成筑底。
不过，分析师也提醒，当前环境与以往并不完全相同。尽管比特币价格在2025年11月曾跌至约8.2万美元并令该指标接近零，但目前风险端仍在上升，收益表现尚未改善，说明市场结构仍偏弱。
10x Research的研究团队也持谨慎立场，认为在缺乏明确宏观或行业催化的情况下，短期内难以出现趋势性反转。技术指标虽接近极端区间，但下行通道仍未被破坏。
从价格表现看，比特币上周一度回落至6万美元附近，本周初反弹至约7.1万美元，但相较2025年10月创下的12.6万美元高点，仍累计回撤约44%。情绪层面仍处于明显承压状态。
综合历史经验，负夏普比率往往伴随阶段性转折的酝酿期，但真正的修复过程可能需要数月。对于市场参与者而言，这更像是一段风险与机会并存的耐心考验期，而非立刻“抄底”的信号。
