65.3% of Enterprises Adopted AI Tools in Campus Recruitment in 2025, Up 12.7% YoY

According to Qiancheng Wuyou's 2026 Campus Recruitment White Paper reported by Jin10 Data on July 8, 65.3% of enterprises had introduced AI tools in campus recruitment in 2025, a 12.7 percentage point increase from 2024. AI-assisted interviews (33.1%) and resume screening (31.8%) were the most widely adopted applications. 73.5% of enterprises found AI resume screening significantly reduced initial screening time, while 71.2% reported that recruitment chatbots notably improved candidate inquiry response efficiency.
