BPMG Launches U.S. Subsidiary ARACORE to Build Stablecoin Financial Infrastructure on July 8

According to BPMG, the blockchain and AI company established its U.S. subsidiary ARACORE on July 8 to build stablecoin-based financial infrastructure. ARACORE will focus on institutional services for banks, fintech companies, and payment providers, targeting cross-border remittances and B2B settlements. The core technology is ISN (Institutional Settlement Network), a messaging and orchestration infrastructure designed to support transaction validation and settlement without directly holding customer assets. This allows financial institutions to integrate digital asset services with existing systems.
