China's Gasoline and Diesel Should Fall 820 Yuan/Ton by July 3, Change Rate at -15%

GAS-13.18%

According to China Jinlian, as of July 1, domestic gasoline and diesel prices should fall 820 yuan/ton with a change rate of -15%, based on benchmark crude averaging $74.19/barrel. The adjustment window closes on July 3 at 24:00 (midnight).

Market conditions across China show weakness. Shandong independent refineries saw softer sales with prices expected to drop around 30 yuan/ton. East China dealers adopt cautious buying strategies amid crude's overnight decline. South China faces sustained downward pressure as buyers remain hesitant. North China oil prices are pressured by falling international crude and rainfall-dampened demand. Central China continues weak operations with ongoing rain suppressing consumption.
