Crusoe Raises $3B Funding Round, Targeting $30B Valuation to Power Meta AI

According to Bloomberg, Crusoe, a data center operator supplying AI computing power to Meta, Microsoft, and Google, is in talks to raise $3 billion, aiming for a $30 billion valuation—three times its $10 billion valuation from October 2025. The company currently holds nearly 5 gigawatts of computing power under contract with 40 gigawatts in its project pipeline. Meta recently signed deals for Crusoe capacity at data centers in Texas and Missouri.
