EU Member States Fail to Agree on 21st Russia Sanctions Package on July 10

According to CCTV, the 27 EU member states failed to reach consensus on the 21st sanctions package against Russia on July 10, with disagreements focusing on oil price caps, restrictions on Russian military personnel entry, and targeted individuals. Discussions will continue.
