According to Bloomberg, Galaxy Digital seeks $3.5 billion in debt financing for its Helios data center complex in Dickens County, Texas, with pricing expected on Thursday. The company plans to issue bonds at approximately 9% yield, with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs serving as lead underwriters. This marks Galaxy Digital's first high-yield bond offering.

Under a 15-year lease agreement with CoreWeave, the facility is projected to generate over $1 billion in annual revenue.
