Hong Kong SFC Adds Aurum Foundation to Suspicious Virtual Asset Platform List Today

According to Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), the regulator added Aurum/Aurum Foundation to its list of suspicious virtual asset trading platforms today. The SFC stated the company, which claimed to be registered in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance, offers virtual asset, futures contract, and derivatives trading services but lacks SFC licensing and is suspected of conducting unlicensed activities.
