According to Central News Agency, Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index closed slightly down 10 points, or 0.04%, at 25,132 today (July 21), maintaining near recent highs. The market widely expects Hong Kong stocks to remain strong in the near term, supported by official government stabilization measures and foreign capital inflows. Tech and semiconductor stocks rebounded sharply, with Alibaba's AI subsidiary Zhipu surging 36.88% to HK$1,219 per share, and Huahong Semiconductor rising 17.91% to HK$168.
