Kowloon Development Seeks to Sell Singapore Shopping Malls Worth SGD 7.8 Billion

According to Bloomberg citing sources, Kowloon Development Company Limited is considering selling its real estate portfolio in Singapore's Orchard Road area, including Kai Tak and Scotts Square shopping malls. The two properties were valued at approximately SGD 7.8 billion as of the end of 2025, according to the company's latest annual report. The company is seeking to sell the assets at a higher price, sources said.
