Russia and IAEA Hold Talks on Zaporizhzhia Safety as 7 Die from Ukrainian Strikes Since April

According to Russia's state atomic energy corporation, Russia and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) held their 13th round of talks on July 10 in Kaliningrad regarding the safety of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. The delegations were led by Russian nuclear chief Likhachev and IAEA Director General Grossi. Likhachev stated that since late April, Ukrainian forces have escalated attacks on the nuclear facility and the nearby city of Energodar, resulting in 7 deaths (including 1 plant employee) and 40 injuries.
