U.S. Secretary of State Rubio Says America Won't Make Unlimited Concessions on Iran Deal

According to Xinhua, U.S. Secretary of State Rubio said on June 25 that the United States seeks a constructive dialogue and final agreement with Iran, but will not do so at any cost. Rubio made the remarks while attending a GCC-U.S. ministerial meeting in Manama, Bahrain. He also stated that no country has the right to charge transit fees through the Strait of Hormuz.
