According to Jin10, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards issued a warning on July 24 calling on Middle Eastern civilians to immediately maintain at least 500 meters distance from U.S. military personnel locations to ensure safety. The Guards claimed the U.S. violated a prior Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding and has resumed military operations, launching strikes on Iranian infrastructure including bridges, railways, and ports that have caused civilian casualties. The Guards stated they will respond to U.S. actions and noted that many U.S. military personnel have left bases to operate from buildings within cities.
