Kingsoft Cloud Signs 5-Year GPU Deal with Alibaba for 3,000+ Servers, Expected 4B Yuan Annual Revenue

According to Jiemian News, Kingsoft Cloud has signed a five-year GPU rental agreement with Alibaba's AI team in H2 2026 for over 3,000 eight-GPU servers, with annualized revenue projected to exceed 4 billion yuan following full delivery. Separately, Xiaomi's GPU demand has expanded significantly, with allocated budget increased from approximately 4 billion yuan to over 10 billion yuan.

To accommodate growing demand, Kingsoft Cloud raised its 2026 capital expenditure guidance to 15 billion yuan, with full-year revenue target set at 12.5 to 13.5 billion yuan. Upstream supply constraints currently limit GPU capacity to three to five-year contract customers only, with certain orders facing delivery delays.
