According to Bitcoin.com, Major County Sheriffs of America (MCSA), representing 113 sheriff's offices serving over 130 million people, shifted to a neutral position on the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act (H.R. 3633) on July 3. The move followed discussions with the Administration that clarified the interpretation and implementation approach of Section 604, a provision outlining regulatory and enforcement requirements. In its letter to Senate Banking Committee Chairman Tim Scott and Ranking Member Elizabeth Warren, MCSA said it remains neutral while continuing to seek targeted amendments to the bill.
