The fund aims to track the spot price of Hyperliquid (HYPE) tokens and is intended to be listed on Nasdaq, with custody services provided by a certain CEX. The filing shows that the fund currently does not offer HYPE staking functionality, but has reserved the possibility of enabling staking in the future once certain conditions are met.
