YZi Labs launches EASY Residency Season 3, transitioning to a year-round rolling application model

Foresight News reports that YZi Labs announced that EASY Residency’s third season will shift from a fixed incubation cycle to a year-round rolling application model, allowing founders to apply and interview at any time. The third season will establish long-term centers in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area, with YZi Labs investors staying on year-round. This season will feature three global Demo Days in April, August, and December 2026, with the first one held during TOKEN2049 in Dubai, helping founders connect with top investors worldwide.

Founders of EASY Residency can receive up to $500,000 in investment, divided as follows: a) $150,000 for 5% equity (including other rights if applicable), offered in the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE); b) an additional $350,000 with an unlimited SAFE.

In the third season, the focus will be on, but not limited to: on-chain marketplace trading for Web3, stablecoins, payments, and native banking infrastructure for DeFi; enterprise AI agents and workflow automation in the AI sector; new drug formulations in biotechnology, clinically validated diagnostics, and medical devices.
