2月28日消息，Ripple高管Reece Merrick宣布，超过10亿迪拉姆（約合2.8億美元）的經認證拋光鑽石已在XRP Ledger完成代幣化。這一“鑽石上鏈”項目由Billiton Diamond與Ctrl Alt牽頭推進，Ripple Custody負責資產托管與合規保障，確保符合阿聯酋監管框架。
此次大規模“現實世界資產代幣化”意味著，每一顆鑽石都對應鏈上唯一的數字所有權記錄。借助XRP帳本的分散式記帳機制，投資者可以實時追蹤資產流轉路徑，縮短結算周期，提高交易效率。相比傳統鑽石交易依賴中介與紙質認證的模式，區塊鏈確權為“高價值實物資產數字化”提供了更透明的基礎設施。
在流動性層面，鑽石代幣化有助於降低進入門檻。通過鏈上拆分與轉讓機制，投資者能夠更便捷地參與“鑽石資產數字投資”，市場活躍度有望提升。同時，Ripple也借此拓展其技術版圖，從跨境支付延伸至奢侈品資產管理與DeFi生態應用，強化XRP在實體資產映射領域的應用場景。
