The funds raised will be primarily used to expand high-bandwidth memory (HBM) production capacity and advance the construction of the Icheon semiconductor cluster, in order to consolidate its leading position in the global AI semiconductor market. SK Group Chairman Choi Tae-won previously publicly stated at the Nvidia GTC 2026 Developer Conference that the ADR listing plan is being promoted.
